M.A.L.E. — A Complete Curriculum for Boys and Young Men
Fourteen subjects. Seventy sessions. One mission: helping boys and young men (ages 11–25) build identity, emotional intelligence, healthy masculinity, and purpose. “The world doesn't need more boys who grew up. It needs men who were built.”
A.B.L.E. — Anchors, Beliefs, Learning, Empowerment
A 44-week, CASEL-aligned mentoring framework for secondary students and adults. A.B.L.E. moves participants from belonging to self-awareness to competence to agency — one relationship, one lesson, one week at a time.
R.E.A.C.H. — The De-Escalation Model
Recognize. Empathize. Anchor. Collaborate. Heal. A five-stage, trauma-informed framework that gives staff the language and tools to de-escalate crisis and rebuild the relationship afterward — integrating CPI, NVC, PBIS/MTSS, and Micro University's own M.A.L.E. and A.B.L.E. curricula.

A Two-tier certification pathway — Practitioner and Certified Facilitator— that builds lasting capacity inside your organization with any of the curricula or models, not just a one-time training day.
P.O.W.E.R. Workforce- personal development curriculum
A 21-session, workforce-ready character development program built for real transformation. Each 60-minute session blends physical activity, written self-examination, group discussion, and personal reflection — guiding participants through identity, self-esteem, resilience, communication, leadership, and self-discipline.

Micro University is a human development company. We don't sell inspiration — we build infrastructure: complete curricula, facilitator training, and certification systems that equip youth- and adult-serving organizations to turn crisis into connection and potential into outcomes.
Everything we build starts with the same premise: behavior is communication, crisis is not character, and the relationship is the intervention. Our programs are trauma-informed and relationship-centered, built by people who have done this work on the ground — in classrooms, alternative schools, justice settings, and community programs. ASCEND is our Tier 1 personal development curriculum — 6 units, 30 lessons, built to help students grow in Self, Emotions, Connection, Choices, Resilience, and Future. Every session is a chance to achieve goals, strengthen relationships, and connect communities. Real students, real potential — that's the foundation of every lesson. Each unit builds the skills, confidence, and sense of purpose students need to navigate new opportunities and empower their own potential. By the end of the program, students aren't just checking off lessons; they're developing brighter futures for themselves and their communities.
